At EzyDog, we want you and your canine companion to be 100% satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and dirt.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
